Considering a condo in Upper Deer Valley or Empire Pass? 

There are a couple of new projects to choose from, and getting in early can pay off.

If you have been considering purchasing new development in Deer Valley, you need to realize two things. One, new development is nearing a close in Upper Deer Valley and Empire Pass and two, in order to take advantage of pricing, you need to get involved early.

The best way to address this is to look at the most recent buildings in both Upper Deer Valley and Empire Pass. Stein Eriksen Residences had 4 price increases from the release of the building/pre construction to the completion of the development. Our first winter with solar panels in Park City.  What have we learned?

At this time of year, in the middle of winter, we feel especially fortunate to have a home in Park City that has a sunny exposure, facing directly to the south.  The south-facing exposure brings in sunlight, even during the shortest days of December and January.  Sun pours into the home, raising our spirits and easing the burden of our furnaces.

The sunny exposure also makes our home an ideal candidate for rooftop solar panels, and in our neighborhood, we have seen roof top solar systems become more common.  In the spring of 2018,  we had just replaced our roof, and decided to speak with local contractors that install solar panel systems.  We decided to proceed, and in June of

Skyridge development near Park City and Deer Valley

Skyridge is one of many new real estate projects that will be located on the shores of the Jordanelle Reservoir.  Skyridge and the Jordanelle are in Wasatch County, and technically in Heber City, although are only minutes to downtown Park City.

Skyridge will be on the northwestern shore of the Jordanelle, accessed from the Jordanelle Parkway, which is currently under construction.
