Looking for a contemporary mountain retreat in Park City or Deer Valley?  

Contemporary homes and condominiums have become extremely popular in Park City and Deer Valley during the past few years.  In both Park City and Deer Valley, homes and entire condominium projects are being built or remodeled in a contemporary style. 

The style seems to be emerging in every Park City and Deer Valley neighborhood and setting.   Contemporary residences with seem to be a natural fit in Ski in, ski out communities, that in the past, had been dominated by residences with a more western, mountain style.    Contemporary homes are now seen alongside traditional equestrian estates in the equestrian friendly communities along Old Ranch Road and Silver Creek.

You’ve made an offer to purchase real estate in Park City or Deer Valley, and your offer was just accepted- great!  What’s next??? 

If you’re purchasing real estate in a Park City or Deer Valley community with a homeowners association, how do you review and verify homeowner’s association rules, documents, financial statements and other information?

With few exceptions, your offer was written on the standard, Utah State approved, Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC).   The REPC includes the following language:

The Park Record has just published their 2015 issue of Mile Post.  Included in the Mile Post are several interesting articles, statistics and projections regarding our community and surrounding areas throughout Summit County.

Real Estate values in Park City and surrounding neighborhoods have recovered greatly since the market downturn.  Real Estate prices in neighboring Wasatch County have also seen an increase.   Popular communities in Wasatch County – just a few minutes from Park City have driven prices higher – some of these projects were scrapped during the recession, and now the current owners/developers can’t put up units fast enough to meet demand.
