Spectacular, Custom Home in American Flag- Deer Valley- With a Private Ski Lift!

The American Flag neighborhood of Deer Valley is located between the base area and mid-mountain.
The age of homes, the ski access and views vary greatly in American Flag. Every property in American Flag is a single family home- no condominiums, and the streets occupy a quiet, tree covered location on Deer Valley's lower mountain.
This particular home, has just been completed on one of the best lots in American Flag- with a position overlooking lower Deer Valley, and features big mountain views to the east.
Ski access in American Flag is far from a given, most locations in the neighborhood don't feature access to skiing. This home, along with a few others in American Flag own a private ski "lift", which is accessed by a ski easement that runs between and below a few houses. The top of the private lift is located just outside the lower level of this home. The photo below was taken from the ski prep room of the home, on the lower level. To ski out, you follow a ski easement to the Success ski run, and then ski down to the Snow Park Lodge.

I'm a fan of outdoor living spaces, and this home has some for all seasons. For apres ski, it would be hard to beat this south-facing, heated patio, which is elevated above the garage, and features big, Deer Valley ski area views, and a gas fire place.

New construction, and newer homes in Deer Valley have been extremely popular- through out the different Deer Valley communities.
