Founder's Place - New, Luxury Deer Valley Condos Coming Soon
The renowned luxury developer, East West Partners, will be bringing a new ski in/ski out project to Deer Crest in Deer Valley. Founders Place will be located just minutes from the Deer Crest gate, surrounded by mature trees and prime access to hiking and the slopes of Deer Valley Resort. Founders Place will be comprised of 3 buildings plus an amenities building, and will have a mountain modern aesthetic. We expect East West to begin marketing the community in January of 2022, and while we can't be sure, prices are likely to begin around 2 million.
Founders Place will feature two to four bedroom luxury residences and penthouses. Set in a ski in, ski out location at the base of Deer Valley's Mountaineer chair lift, Founders Place amenities will include ski valet, ski locker room, pool deck and several hot tubs, children's clubhouse, meeting space and much more. There will be an in-house cafe that serves continental breakfast, lunch and apres ski.
