Crestview and Powderwood condos now have some great dining options within walking distance.
For the past 10 years or so, dining options we mostly limited to the east side of Kimball Junction in Park City. Newpark and Redstone feature many boutique and national chain dining choices, helping create a walk to community in that area. The Newpark and Redstone condos have become very popular in all seasons- especially because of the walkability. Real estate values of condos in Newpark and Redstone have also been boosted because of the close proximity to the shopping, dining and other activities in the area.
On the west side of Kimball Junction (near Walmart and Tanger Outlet Malls), condo guests and owners were mostly limited to a couple of fast food restaurants. This has now changed with the recent addition of a few great dining options in this area.
Trio is walking distance from the Crestview and Powderwood condos in Park City serves lunch and dinner with full bar services. Trio has been open in a couple of locations in Salt Lake City for a while, and recently expanded to Park City.
Mod Pizza just opened across the street from Trio, and is a great option for eating in or take out. Some adult beverages are available at this location.
Whole Foods will be opening a large, flagship style location here as well. In addition to their retail store, they will feature dining. Look for this location to open in the fall of 2017.
These restaurants should be welcome, walk-able options, especially for Crestview and Powderwood condo guests and owners. We also hope that real estate values in this area will see an increase as well. For now, Powderwood and Crestview remain some of the better real estate values for condos in the Park City area. Nightly rentals are allowed in both condo projects, and both have nice amenities to compliment the location.
