Park City Real Estate - Park City Area Golf Communities

Memberships at golf communities in the Park City area have become a more rare commodity.  Waiting lists for memberships have become more common, especially for the “full” golf memberships.  Some communities offer their social memberships, which are less expensive and more widely available.

We’ve completed a snapshot of some of the golf community membership offerings and costs. These costs can change, please always verify availability and costs whenever looking at a real estate purchase.

Promontory is a large, private golf community in the Park City area. With expansive resort style amenities, including three golf courses and multiple clubhouses, spread throughout the gated community. 

Victory Ranch is located on 6,250 acres along a 4 mile stretch of the Upper Provo River. Amenities include an 18-hole Rees Jones-designed golf course, world class fly fishing, a community clubhouse with pool and fitness center, a full service spa and wellness facility, miles of professionally designed mountain biking trails, a 5 stand shooting facility, a riverside restaurant and lounge, paddle tennis pavilion, host of kids activities, a ski in/ski out clubhouse in the heart of Park City and more than 3,500 acres of untouched backcountry.

Glenwild is a private, gated community, with a Fassio designed golf course and clubhouse as it’s centerpiece.  Residents aren’t required to join the club. Glenwild offers full golf memberships as well as social club memberships. Glenwild is located just a few minutes from Park City, and within the boundaries of the Park City School District - making Glenwild a popular option for both primary residents and second homeowners. Glenwild features only custom homes, there are no condominium or townhome options in the community.

Tuhaye is a private gated golf community of luxury homes and estate lots, and is the home of the popular Talisker Club. Talisker Club offers four-season recreation opportunities second to none. In addition to amenities in the Tuhaye Community, Talisker Club members also have access to amenities on the mountain at Deer Valley and in Park City

Red Ledges is located in the Heber Valley, just 20 minutes from Park City, and 10 minutes from Deer Valley’s East Village.  The 2,000 acres at Red Ledges has nearly 300 homes completed and over 100 more in process. Red Ledges features amenities, with the private Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course as it’s centerpiece.
