Park City Local Business Spotlight

Resilience Park City - A Private Gym

Michael Conville is the local owner of Resilience and has been a Park City resident since 1977.  Michael has been a personal trainer for decades, and opened Resilience in 2019.   He's trained clients in many other gyms, and with Resilience, has created a welcoming. meticulously clean, uncrowded space for drop in guests and committed fitness members who visit many times a week.

Michael answered a few questions for us and told us a little more about Resilience:

You've done training with clients in many gyms over the years,  how did you want Resilience to be different?  1st, easy and flexible access -  we are open 365 days a year from 4 am to 10 pm. You can also schedule a training session with the best trainers in Park City.  Resilience is a place where everyone is welcome. Members and guests come to get a great workout or recover in without the crowds and all the equipment you could ask for.

Membership and drop in options?  We offer monthly, weekly and day passes.   Monthly for a single is $125 and $225 for couples.  Weekly passes are available for $75 and daily for $25.

What is your advice for someone just getting started, or new to your gym? We say getting back to the gym can be challenging, but it’s the next step towards a happier, healthier you! Resilience is ready to help you start again, set goals, find your people. It’s time to walk through that door!   I'm available to answer questions and will schedule a 30 minute session so familiarize new members with the equipment at Resilience.  Also, we have great trainers who will help anyone who asks.
