Quinn was our agent when we first decided to move to Park City. He was and is an amazing agent -- combing a very high degree of emotional intelligence (able to help us sort through our wants and needs) and a very practical, boots on the ground type of sensibility. Having grown up in Park City, Quinn knows the various neighborhoods and communities in Park City and Summitt County.  Quinn has access to local mortgage and title companies that can expedite the home purchase process.

We cannot speak more highly of our real estate agent, Dena Eytan of Sotheby’s. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the Park City/Deer Valley real estate market, very diligent and hard working, but most importantly, one of the nicest people you will ever meet. And in our case, she showed another important trait –patience. We first started looking at real estate in Deer Valley in the winter of 2013-14, and probably looked at more than 50 properties with Dena. We wrote offers on at least 7 of them, even agreeing on price in one instance before we backed away for reasons totally unrelated to Dena or the excellent job she did to put us in that position. And it wasn’t just finding listings, screening out the ones she knew we wouldn’t like, preparing comps for us on the ones she thought we might like, and then taking us on tours whenever we weren’t on the mountain. It was also communicating with us, by e-mail and by phone, every step of the way. For 3 years this went on , as there wasn’t anything that met all of our criteria for a second home –price, value, location, ease of ownership, and enough space for our family and guests. Finally, with Dena’s assistance and encouragement, we considered something completely different –a single-family residence off the mountain –and within a couple of weeks were in escrow on a beautiful house in Promontory. I have known Dena Eytan for approximately 8 years. When I was married, I met Dena at an open house for Arrowleaf, a premiere condo complex in Empire Pass, Deer Valley, developed by East West Partners. It took a while for my wife and I to fall in love with the project and Dena was instrumental in getting us the right condo and the right deal.
