Marcella Landing Deer Valley Location

Marcella Landing prices include the Marcella "Ski" social membership, and access to amenities including the ski in/ski out Marcella Lodge at Deer Valley Resort.  Social memberships do not include access to the private Jordanelle Ridge Golf Courses - which require the full "Ski and Golf" membership.  

Deer Valley ski access to Marcella Landing will be via ski portal to Deer Valley Resort on the west side of the neighborhood. This ski lodge, known as "The Landing," will offer Marcella Landing townhome owners convenient ski-in, ski-out access. Designed by Olsen Kundig architects, "The Landing" reflects the same architectural style as the rest of Marcella Landing.

Open year-round, 'The Landing' will provide access to the ski slopes in the winter and the expansive hiking and biking trails in the summer. Winter amenities are expected to include a full-service ski valet, ski equipment storage, and a spacious patio. During the summer, there will be access to hiking and mountain biking trails. The developer plans for 'The Landing' to also feature a staffed lounge with refreshments, day lockers for owners, quiet workspaces for quick calls, a pet wash station, and even an outdoor playground area. All these amenities will be conveniently located just up the street from your new Marcella Landing townhome.

Marcella on Main will feature dining on the heart of Park City's historic Main Street.
