Quinn has been a Park City resident for over 34 years, and has been providing real estate services to buyers and sellers since 2001. Quinn's experience growing up in the area lends a valuable perspective to his clients, and Quinn has sold homes in every Park City neighborhood. Quinn listens carefully to clients, and believes in a very low pressure approach- his clients never feel hurried or prompted to move faster than a pace they're comfortable with.
In 1999, Quinn began buying foreclosures, making extensive repairs and reselling them. The exposure to the foreclosure market and familiarity with the foreclosure buying process proved to be valuable experience for the market downturn. In 2001, Quinn became a licensed real estate agent, and began focusing on helping clients buy and sell property in Park City and Deer Valley, and has sold homes in every Park City neighborhood. Quinn takes pride in providing the best possible experience and highest level of service to all of his clients, regardless of the price range they're buying or selling in.
While not selling real estate, Quinn enjoys time with his family, skiing, mountain biking, hiking and frequent visits to Southern Utah.
Quinn attended schools in the Park City School District, has children attending schools in Park City. His wife, Cheryl, teaches in the Park City School District, and coaches girls soccer at Park City High School.
