Deer Valley Real Estate - New Construction in Deer Valley and Empire Pass
Since opening in 1981, Deer Valley has created it's own brand as one of North America's finest ski areas, and much of the land on or near Deer Valley has been transformed into some of the west's most sought after real estate. Much of the Deer Valley area has been built out, but there are some newly completed condominium projects in Deer Valley, and some that are under construction or being planned. During the past 15 years, much of the new construction has occurred in Empire Pass. While there are going to be a couple of new construction projects available in Empire, much has moved to the base of Deer Valley - near Snow Park, or the Deer Crest area.
Some areas and Deer Valley communities to consider if you're looking for a new or newer Deer Valley property:
The Mayflower Mountain Resort / East Village is currently being developed by the Extell Development Company, and the area is located roughly south east of Deer Valley's Deer Crest area. In 2023, Deer Valley announced that Mayflower Mountain and it's vast new terrain would become part of Deer Valley - nearly doubling the size of the resort. The area will feature at least 3 new hotels, and potentially over a thousand new condominiums, townhomes and homes. Mayflower Mountain / East Village is accessed by Highway 40, which also provides one of the access points to the Deer Crest area of Deer Valley.
Deer Valley Under Construction or New Condominium Communities:
Founder's Place is a new condominium community, by East West Partners in the Deer Crest area of Deer Valley. Founders Place will be two to four bedroom luxury residences and penthouses. Set in a ski in, ski out location at the base of Deer Vallley's Mountaineer chair lift., Founders Place amenities will include ski valet, ski locker room, pool deck and several hot tubs, children's clubhouse, meeting space and more. There will be and in-house cafe that serves continental breakfast, lunch and apres ski.
