Deer Crest is a gated community of luxury homes and condos located on the slopes of Deer Valley overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir.  The Deer Crest community has two security gates.  One gate is accessed from Park City and Lower Deer Valley, and the other is at the lower entrance- accessed from Highway 40.  The lower entrance can be a convenient and fast option if you want to bypass driving through Park City and Deer Valley.

Most Deer Crest homes and condos are ski in, ski out, however, there are a few exceptions.  For example, the Snow Top community does not have direct ski access.  Homes in Snow Top do feature some of the best views in Deer Valley though.
