Park City Heights is one of Park City's newest subdivisions.

Ivory Homes, Park City Height's developer and builder, has been busy with site prep for the last couple of years, and now the first few structures are out of the ground and going vertical.

Park City Heights is located just across Kearns Boulevard from the Intermountain Health Care Hospital and the National Ability Center at Quinn's Junction, west of Highway 40, south of 248 (Kearns Boulevard) and south of Richardson Flats Road.  The Park City Heights neighborhood is located within Park City and the Park City School District.

Residents of Park City Heights will have easy access to the Rail Trail, and amenities at Quinn's Junction.  In addtion to new hiking and biking trails, there will also be onsite amenities at Park City Heights including a clubhouse, 5.7 acre community park and swimming pool.

Ivory Homes intends to construct a total of 239 homes within the neighborhood, with 211 of those planned as single family homes and the remaining 28 planned as town-homes. All homes in Park City Heights will achieve the Green Certification by the National Association of Home Builders or LEED Silver Certification.

Among the 239 residences at Park City Heights, 79 will be set aside as Deed Restricted Homes for Primary Residents of Park City that work full time in Park City and meet other requirements.

Pricing for Park City Heights has not been released at this time.
