We are just days away from the Sundance Film Festival which will take place in Park City January 18-28 2018. It is an exciting time to be in Park City. Our town is turned into a mini Hollywood with screenings in various locations around Park City. If you aren't able to get into some of the extremely VIP parties...don't fret! There are many exhibits and installations that are open to the public. Don't forget that people watching on Main St. is free! Sundance is also a great time to ski! The ski resorts are typically empty during the festival...so get on up to the resorts and enjoy the slopes!  It's not too late to get tickets to the film festival....visit the Sundance website for more information: Sundance Film Festival 2018

Rare Ski In, Ski Out Real Estate Development Considered At Base Of Park City Mountain.

There are very few true, ski in, ski out real estate opportunities at the base of Park City Mountain Village.  By comparison, Deer Valley has multiple ski in, ski out communities, with entire neighborhoods serving as entry points to the mountain. The base of Park City is situated in Old Town, and is surrounded by some historic homes, and the Park City Municipal Golf Course.

Crestview and Powderwood condos now have some great dining options within walking distance.

For the past 10 years or so, dining options we mostly limited to the east side of Kimball Junction in Park City.  Newpark and Redstone feature many boutique and national chain dining choices, helping create a walk to community in that area.   The Newpark and Redstone condos have become very popular in all seasons- especially because of the walkability. Real estate values of condos in Newpark and Redstone have also been boosted because of the close proximity to the shopping, dining and other activities in the area.
